This was a photo I took for a photography class I enrolled in at the university in the early 1970s.
It is a picture of the water fall and stream next to the Hagley Museum in northern Delaware (U.S.).
There is another waterfall under the trees in the distance.
We were required to use black and white film so it would be easier for us to learn to work in a darkroom.

There was a path at the top of a waterfall in Maine which led down to the bottom of the waterfall.
As we were on our way to the bottom of the waterfall, I took this snapshot.
When I got home, I found at least one face formed by various parts of the rocks.
If I had taken the picture a few steps to the right or left, the one face would have disappeared.

This is a rock in s stream in Rickett's Glen State Park, Pennsylvania. Rickett's Glen is a great park.
At the top of a large hill is a lake where camping and other activities take place. Out of the lake flows a stream which splits in two. There are paths following each.
The water flows down, creating 22 waterfalls. Highly recommended, though the complete walk on both sides (which is pretty long)
should be attempted by those who can handle it physically.

Heart Island is in the Thousands Islands in the St. Lawrence River between New York and Canada.
A wealthy man built a wonderful set of buildings including Boldt Castle. But he had financial difficulties and abandoned the building effort.
It fell into decay until a restoration effort began. You can take a boat to the island and tour the buildings.
I took this picture from a helicopter.
