We also stopped at Glenfinnan where Bonnie Prince Charlie raised his standard first on the Scottish mainland in 1745.
When we arrived at Mallaig, we had time to eat lunch before we had to get on the ferry. We ate lunch with the Gairs overlooking the water that leads into the Mallaig harbor. I took some pictures of a church below the restaurant and later of the harbor. Took pictures of the harbor and the Scottish coast and the coast of the Isle of Skye after we were on the ferry.
