The View North

Times Square is near the building on the extreme left (with the antenna on top).
The Verizon Building is to its right. You can see the Verizon logo at the top.
A NY University building is to the right of that.
The MetLife Building is to the extreme right in the picture. The word MetLife is at the top.

The View Northeast

The Chrysler Building is the highest building in the picture.
It was the tallest building in the world for a few months
until the Empire State Building was completed.
Towards the right are three smokestacks. About two-thirds of the way from the Chrysler Building
to the smokestacks is a squarish building that is the tallest at that point. That is the UN Building.
