This picture (and the one below) were taken at an institution where Chinese children are taught traditional culture and language. They were just starting out from the institution with these three dragons. The noise was deafening (they were banging huge drums that we could hear a block away), and it looked like none of the children were wearing protection for their hearing. It seemed like these were kids who did this type of activity frequently enough that they should have been required to wear something to protect their ears.
