

They place the wheels of Gruyère cheese in racks that are tended by robots.
You can see the robot at the end of this row. It pulls wheels from the shelves,
and it wipes a salt solution on the outside of the wheel and places it back on the shelf.

The Gruyère factory has a restaurant. You can get a great cup of coffee.
It comes with a chocolate cup that is filled with very thick cream.
