Gary's Sudoku Tips and Strategies
			R U L E S
			There are 9 rows and 9 columns in a 9x9 sudoku puzzle.
			There are also 9 boxes which contain 9 cells.
			There must be one of each number in each row and column and box.
			The implication of the main rule is that every three rows (and every three
			columns) have a relationship.  This is because of the rule concerning boxes.
			For example, rows 1-3 are related.
